Policy and Rules
1. Registration and Enrollment:
a. To enroll in a language course at Lingua Cloud, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
b. Enrollment is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Course Materials:
a. Lingua Cloud will provide all necessary course materials.
b. Course materials are for personal use only and should not be shared or distributed without prior permission.
3. Attendance and Punctuality:
a. Regular attendance is crucial for effective language learning. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
b. If you are unable to attend a class, please inform your instructor in advance.
c. Late arrivals may disrupt the class and may not be allowed to join if it significantly affects the learning experience.
d.You will not be allowed to attend if you are absent from the course for more than two consecutive lectures or three separate lectures
4. Code of Conduct:
a. Students are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
b. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
c. Students are encouraged to actively participate in class discussions and activities.
5. Homework and Assignments:
a. Homework and assignments are an integral part of the learning process and should be completed on time.
b. Late submissions may result in a deduction of marks or other penalties, as determined by the instructor.
6. Assessment and Grading:
a. Students will be assessed based on their performance in class participation, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
b. Grading criteria will be communicated at the beginning of the course.
7. Withdrawal and Refunds:
a. If you wish to withdraw from a course, please notify Lingua Cloud in written form.
b. Refunds will be provided according to our refund policy, which can be found on our website.
8. Technological Requirements:
a. Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology, such as a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity, to participate in online classes.
9. Changes and Cancellations:
a. Lingua Cloud reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, instructors, or curriculum if necessary.
b. In the event of a course cancellation, students will be notified promptly, and appropriate arrangements will be made.
By enrolling in a language course at Lingua Cloud, you agree to abide by these policies and rules. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
1. Withdrawal:
a. If you wish to withdraw from a language course at Lingua Cloud, you must notify us in writing form.
b. Withdrawal requests should be sent to our administrative office or through our official email address.
c. Please include your full name, course details, and reason for withdrawal in your request.
2. Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:
- Withdrawal requests received at least 7 days before the course start date: 100% refund of the course fee.
- Withdrawal requests received within 7 days of the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
No refunds will be provided for withdrawal requests received after the course has started.
3. Refund Process:
a. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving a valid withdrawal request.
b. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during enrollment unless otherwise requested.
4. Non-Refundable Fees:
a. Registration fees, course materials fees, and any other non-refundable fees are not eligible for refund.
b. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Course Cancellation:
a. In the event that Lingua Cloud cancels a language course, a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
b. Lingua Cloud will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the student.
Please note that this withdrawal and refund policy is subject to change. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to enrolled students in a timely manner.
